Terms and Conditions
1. REDEMPTION:
Gift Cards must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products at UCHIDA.COM. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account to be carried over for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified by the governing state. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card. Sales tax, where applicable, will be applied at the time of redemption.
2. LIMITATIONS:
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Card balances in an account may not be transferred.
3. RISK OF LOSS:
We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without your permission.
4. FRAUD:
Uchida of America, Corp. reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.
We will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on UCHIDA.COM.

FOR SELLABLE MERCHANDISE RETURNS, ITEM MUST BE UNDAMAGED,

WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
PRODUCT MUST BE RECEIVED AT OUR LOCATION WITHIN 20 DAYS AFTER THE
ORIGINAL DATE OF THE ORDER. FREIGHT COST TO RETURN MERCHANDISE AT
